Sadly, the effects of the pandemic still reverberate with news of more theatres closing their doors or significantly reducing programming and staff. With your help, Amphibian has taken considerable steps to ensure that the magic of theatre continues despite the odds.
We ask for your support in keeping the curtain lifted on imaginative plays and outreach programs. Your contribution aids our mission as we passionately work towards buoying playwrights, directors, actors, and everyone involved in shaping enchanting theatrical experiences.
Our goal to raise $120,000 will allow us to:
- Replace our current ticketing system to one that is more user-friendly
- Reinstate our apprenticeship program (which was canceled when a foundation changed its funding priorities)
- Allow theatre teachers and students to enjoy workshops, field trips, shows, artist talk-backs and performance space at no charge
- Produce an ambitious, large-cast play by our very own Artistic Director, Kathleen Culebro
- Make vital upgrades to our equipment, needed for high-quality productions
