When a relaxing afternoon walk turns into a wacky international crisis, lovebirds Arthur and Olivia have no choice but to play by the absurd rules.

The two must closely rely on each other to escape the consequences of a ridiculous policy, but a comically by-the-book government official may push them to the brink of breaking up.
